Tenure Highlights: - Data Conversion Team: Apart of a team that was responsible for developing tools to assist with Workday implementations. These Excel-based tools helped significantly reduce the duration and also increase accuracy of the Workday implementations. The workbooks developed would assist with the customer data gathering and the supplemental tools would then scrub and convert the data into a format that can be loaded into Workday. Tools and workbooks were built for Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits functional areas. - Reporting and Analytics Lead: Responsible for building custom reports and dashboards in Workday for the Professional Services organization. Also responsible for building and maintaining the weekly, monthly, and quarterly Executive PowerPoint decks. - Delivery Technology Team: As a part of this team, had the opportunity to be the first group to use proprietary web based tools developed to further reduce the duration and increase accuracy of the Workday implementation. In the process took a large role in troubleshooting issues that were encountered and assisted the C# developers with coming up with solutions.

I was responsible for stocking the shelves with the day's freight, while assisting customers with their needs. I would place the freight that wouldn't stock in the overhead storage using the ladder, order picker platform, or forklift.
