This means I get to support some of the world's leading businesses deliver complex technology-related transactions, so that they can transform and grow their business.I specialise in digital transformations, particularly within the fields of fintech and digital payments. I have led on these types of deals for many of the major participants across the financial services value chain - including banks, processors, card schemes, tech vendors and merchants/retailers.I also advise regularly on a wide range of procurement, outsourcing and service contracts, consumer protection regulation and intellectual property law.I have a strong appreciation of the increasing expectations now being placed on in-house legal teams, having worked in-house on secondment at a number of my clients, including the Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander, JP Morgan and Nationwide.
