Lead the development of a proprietary, multimillion dollar CRM and Lead Management platform called AutoFlow. Our cloud-based CRM quickly became the most widely used lead generation platform for credit unions and their members in the Denver market supporting thousands of leads a year for our business. Significant focus on the efficient integration of our platform with our in-house third-party applications such as our Dealer Management System (DMS) and our accounting back-end solution.Cut $23,000/month of operating expenses as a result of these developments and deep vendor managment to ensure we had the most cost effective operating platforms available.

Responsible for the continued national rollout of our proprietary Loan Origination software platform and related sales and support services. CRIF is an international technology company based out of Bologna, Italy. While not traveling to and working out of our Italian offices, I am based in the United States in either our Atlanta-based US Headquarters or our Denver offices.

Responsible for the technological support, personnel direction, and core business technologies of five corporate entities. Lead a team of technology and business professionals in the creation and support of a state of the art, proprietary lending system recognized as the best and most proficient in the industry. Re-architected and redeployed all core network infrastructure and production servers offsite and opened the company’s first remote data center. Developed and deployed the company’s first IT Security Policy and managed the development of the company’s core Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan. Lead the company through various IT Security Audits and ensured legal compliance with all industry and governmental security guidelines including the U.S. Patriot Act and the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) rules and regulations. Responsible for the evaluation, purchase, and deployment of various large scale technology initiatives such as the corporate data warehouse and business intelligence reporting tools.Developed, lead, and supported the nationwide (14 major markets) marketing, rollout, and support of a credit union member auto loan preapproval and dealership lead program. Using this program, over 650,000 credit union members had web-based access to more than 14,000 automobiles from 25 different dealerships. The program generated revenues in excess of $17,000,000 for Aimbridge and resulted in more than 800 additional vehicles sold.

Lead the analysis and decision-making process to replace an out-dated, third-party lending application with a custom-built solution. Worked with other business leaders to define, scope, design, test, and deploy a proprietary lending suite of tools suited to support core business needs. Managed 12 developers and network support technicians in the development of various in-house applications and core websites for 5 distinct corporate entities in the Aimbridge family of companies. Managed various out-sourced contract workers to assist in filling gaps with permanent staffing and ensured fiscal responsibility and correct legal contracting of all outside resources.

Managed various projects with teams of up to 16 people. Projects ranged from website development, technology evaluations to replace legacy systems, and proprietary corporate lending solutions used to run all company loan transactions. Evaluated and directed software development teams by way of weekly reviews and individual development plans. Responsible for developing younger technical staff into managers and technical leaders.

Developed enterprise software application to track and maintain aviation data to be used world-wide by various aviation companies. Roles and responsibilities included working with software development teams to ensure proper design, scope, testing, and deployment of solutions. Coordinated code releases with the testing group and ensured that all reports revealed proper testing sequences and procedures. Lead the development of specific system modules and mentored junior developers as the Senior Programmer Analyst.

PROGRAMMER ANALYST. Full project life-cycle development of client-server applications used by the brokerage industry to retrieve and adjust financial security information. Worked directly with large brokerage houses to build business rules and workflow design of various financial product modules. Spent time on site with customers analyzing existing business processes and how to improve the workflow by using new technologies.TECHNICAL WRITER. Wrote user manuals, online help programs, and interactive training programs for end users and new employees. Responsible for developing and enforcing documentation standards for all product-related writings company-wide. Worked directly with corporate leaders to determine proper documentation content and appropriate language for the company’s core customer base.
