A highly professional and experienced System Administrator, I have been supporting, maintaining, deploying and managing IT Infrastructure for over 15 years. In my career I have had a very broad exposure to many IT technologies, both internal and customer facing. This has enabled me to gain the moniker 'Jack of all Trades' for IT Systems.Starting as Junior Systems Engineer, moving through numerous support and mentoring roles to the highest support position, I have been responsible for: Researching, designing, proposing and deploying new systems; Maintaining, improving and scaling existing systems; Supporting, troubleshooting and fixing critical issues in very timely manner;Providing very high availability; Mentoring and training other staffMy strengths include a very high attention to detail, as well as the ability to quickly learn and hit the ground running. I excel at resolving problems and aim provide the best support for end users, the business and customers. With excellent communication skills, and my genuine desire to do a good job, I have been able to provide excellent service to enable my businesses and customers to achieve their goals.Outside of work, I enjoy traditional woodworking as well as getting my hands dirty tinkering and making things in my home workshop.
