Responsibilities of this team include: evaluating technologies and platforms, partnering with Network Services to introduce these new technologies and platforms, validating new software, new hardware platforms, software patches, and hardware revisions. Working with vendors to communicate future requirements and providing input regarding feature roadmaps is also part of this team's overall responsibilities.
