Supports custom contract development and activities on contract agreements for sales revenue opportunities, these responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. •Functions as the primary contact and the point of accountability for custom contracts with Sales.•Develops contracts for non- standard revenue opportunities of less than $10M.•Meets customer requirements and advance deal as appropriate.•Leads interactions with Sales, Legal, ICB Pricing, Product, Global Billing, BICI, and other stakeholders to revise and customize contracts to meet customer requirements and secure appropriate approvals•Verifies that deal components comply with Schedule of Authorizations (SOA) and Schedule of Delegations (SOD) and records are archived.•Drafts and assures custom terms and conditions are approved by appropriate stakeholders and are supportable and operational.•Delivers custom contracts to Sales or other designated deal leads. •Provides quality assured contracts.•Explains contract structure and to Customer and may negotiate terms and conditions.•May function as an ECL on pre identified revenue opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions when assigned by Manager

Conducts billing operational work to maximize the effectiveness, accuracy and delivery of billing information to support domestic and global contract requests during the pre-sale and pre-signature stages. Uses Schedule of Authorization/Delegation as guidance to review all aspects of the contract package for custom contract requests. This function prepared me to be promoted to Credit and Collections Manager then to the role of Billing Support Manager.Key Accomplishments•As Credit and Collections Manager, managed a $20M bad debt portfolio of medium to large business accounts, reduced the Daily Sales Outstanding to 60 days or less, and recovered 50% of the revenue from delinquent accounts.•In the Billing Support Manager role, responded to billing inquiries, resolved disputes, investigated adjustments, fulfilled invoice requests and resolved backlogged previously unresolved issues with minimal impact to the bottom-line. •Effectively led an internal project team to develop an internal reporting tool to capture root causes for customer disputes which was a prototype to a widely used customer care tool.
