La téléphonie IP est devenue une passion qui m'a poussé à ouvrir une compagnie de consultation spécialisé en voix sur IP. Je me suis rapidement démarqué dans la région Montréalaise par la qualité de mes installations et la créativité de mes systèmes. J'ai installé des systèmes téléphoniques dans toute sorte d'environnement tel que des foyers de personnes âgées de plus de 200 unités et des centres d'appel avec 150 sièges. J'ai participé à différents projets tels que des services de Callback pour les téléphones mobiles ou des logiciels de CTI pour les centres d'appels.Ma passion pour Asterisk m’a emmené à me joindre au AMUG (Asterisk Montreal User Group) et d’en devenir un membre très actif, j’ai ensuite donné le laboratoire pour la formation Asterisk de Digium à Montréal.

Pendant mes années de travail au service au sein CompuQuest j'étais technicien informatique. J'étais responsable de l'informatique dans plusieurs PME de l'île de Montréal. Implantation de contrôleur de domain Windows 2003, déploiement de Microsoft Exchange ainsi que support à l'usager.C'est durant cet emploie que j'ai commencé à m'intéresser à la téléphonie IP et surtout à Asterisk. J'ai amené cette expertise chez CompuQuest est nous avons installé des systèmes téléphoniques dans des PMEs mais majoritairement dans des centres d'appels.
