Responsibilities:• Full P&L accountability for various national HORECA customers• Planning an executing JBP to deliver over £4M NSV• Always using trade insights and category stories to find solutions, seek new opportunity and drive profitable growth • Ruthlessly managing activity, A&P spend and invoicing process’ via systems such as the best view forecasting model and the Trade Investment ModelAchievements:• Delivered +24.5% vs AOP in FY13• Always using market and customer data which achieved a forecast accuracy of >80%• Reduced A&P spend on an existing category promotion by 65%, allowing the investment to work harder on incremental activities• Collaborated with a key customer on key serves which grew profitable SKU volume by 77% (an incremental 599 x 9ltr cases in year 1)• Developed, seeded and executed a unique merchandising project with a international hotel chain.
