Team Leadership• Assume the position of Lead Project Manager for all office related development programmes and CI initiates.• Provide progress information to Director of Projects and other key stakeholders.• Provide team leadership that encourages others to participate in bringing about change.Team Development• Provide advice, guidance and assistance to the Project Teams and Senior Project Managers on development programmes.• Work with the Director of Projects & Senior Project Managers to agree on the feasibility and priority of initiatives within the projects office.• Identification and recruitment of individuals with the competencies and experience to further enhance the delivery of development programmes if required.Managing Individual Performance• Conduct Performance Management & Development reviews to the required standard and schedule Performance Coaching• Coach individuals to help increase their capability and performance and so achieve their objectives Project Office Management • Maintain program-wide approaches, plans, policies, and procedures.• Establish and maintain standards and procedures that all business change projects will follow.• Coordinate all program-level reporting: aggregate and publish inputs from individual projects to provide a global view.• Production of key programme and project progress reports in conjunction with the planned improvement Programmes.• Identify, select and implement appropriate tools to automate the reporting processes of the improvement programmes.• Conduct Audits of Internal processes that exist and ones that are to be developed.• Develop suite of Capability Matrices for all disciplines within the project office to further enhance capability and ensure adherence for succession planning.• Lessons Learned Procedure to be created to ensure best practice is followed for all future projects.
