Key accountabilities include: Co-ordinate and manage the delivery of waterway, drainage and catchment programs andservices, optimised across delivery mechanisms, to deliver service outcomes andperformance objectives in line with Melbourne Water’s role as the regions catchmentmanager, waterway manager, drainage authority and floodplain manager. Direct and coordinate the delivery of programs and services to meet area based targets,including relevant performance objectives and actions from the Regional CatchmentStrategy, Healthy Waterways Strategy, Flood Strategy and related investment plans. Assist and, where appropriate, lead continuous improvement opportunities in serviceoutcomes and obligations whilst working collaboratively with asset management andoperational teams to achieve safety, customer, regulatory and financial objectives.Support the management of current and future team and business planning to ensure theresourcing, capability and approach required to adapt to likely future scenarios andservice delivery requirements. Support, or where appropriate lead, the timely and accurate financial management(including actuals, accruals and forecasting as applicable) across the sub-region’s budgetsand allocations. Support, or where appropriate lead, influencing, negotiating and motivating external codeliverystakeholders to contribute to and align with implementing relevant strategies,actions and performance objectives.Support, or where appropriate lead, Melbourne Water’s response to issues and incidentsincluding direct involvement in incident management and other roles as required. Providing day to day guidance, mentoring and technical support for team members instrategic and operational matters. Assist with the development of team members to ensure they have the capability, skillsand behaviours to effectively delivery the functions and activities required for teamsuccess.

Key accountabilities include; Customer relationship manager. Team performance and leadership. Sub-regional program leadership, including effective initiation and co-ordination/management of low risk capital and routine maintenance works.  Initiation and co-ordination/ delivery of complex customer issues.  Day to day customer and issues management interface. Strong safety focus and responsibility.

Key accountabilities include; Provide governance for Capital projects. Technical and on ground waterway management and rehabilitation through capital and operational programs. Provide strategic and statutory planning advice and conditions along with liaising with consultants, developers, councils and internal teams. Respond to customer enquiries and assist with the implementation maintenance and improvement works where applicable. Identify and scope waterway improvement projects.

Key accountabilities include; Provided program administration, customer support and budgeting. Strong customer service and liaison with landowners, government agencies, consultant field assessors and internal River Health Officers Develop and maintain a financial reporting and analysis dashboards Develop and maintain GIS workspaces and selected databases andundertake queries' on these databases Coordinate development of internal systems to streamline delivery processes

Key accountabilities include; Produce and supply monthly board reports on the financial progress of the rebates department Create and maintain business relations with Government agencies in relation to federal and state incentives Keep abreast of legislative changes and their impact on the business and systems Conduct monthly reconciliation between installations and registered certificates and report results to compliance manager Attend Federal and State Government forums and lead legislative audits as required.
