Workforce Analyst
CurrentWorkforce:Create and maintain staff schedules for ALEKS customer support to hit Contact center KPI's. Forecast incoming Phone, Email and chat contacts. Budget for peak period contact staffing.Reporting:Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting for ALEKS customer support thru use of Salesforce and VCC phone system. Create ad-hoc reports for management when needed.Phone system administration:Administer and maintain phone system for ALEKS(Verizon VCC-InContact. This includes developing and building call flow scripts using Studio, building skill routing, dashboards and agent administration.
