Seconded by our client CH&Co as a Regional Technology Manager I was tasked to help run high profile projects and events during a busy spell. My background as a Projects Manager within the EPOS sector made this a smooth,quick and logical transition.

In my entry role to the company I demonstrated my expertise in designing, implementing, and managing provisioning solutions and installations for complex networks and sites. Proving my ability to streamline provisioning processes resulted in significant time savings and enhanced reliability. I introduced software to the engineering team to speed up onsite discoveries and signoffs and give transparency of all works completed on site to both our business and the client.

I was tasked with building and growing the cabling and infrastructure team within the platform implementation department. Our goal was to create and develop an internal team of excellence capable of scaling with the business (foreign and domestic) that would ultimately enable us to avoid outsourcing to contractors.

During my time in this role I was required to plan and implement complex physical structured cabling infrastructure solutions (copper and fiber cabling) with a small team of engineers throughout the UK and internationally. We would be the first point of call for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems & looking after vast data centres across the ocado estate

In my role as projects manager for Agora Solutions I was directly responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of new EPOS projects throughout the Mitchells & Butlers estate. On these sites the new systems installed (Micros (Oracle), Zonal, MCR) were used by businesses to track sales, inventory, and customer data. I worked with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure that projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Within this role I managed to get exposure to many high profile sites, events and buildings which required myself to have an extensive security check passed for clearance.

As an EPOS installer and trainer, I gained valuable experience working with a variety of businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers. I was responsible for installing and training customers on multiple electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems. This was my first time being on the other side of a POS system, and I quickly learned the ins and outs of each system and how best to train staff.

My objective in this role was to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery department as it transitioned to a part-bake only bakery in a new location. My role included managing and leading a team of employees, Providing excellent customer service, Ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed and Maintaining a clean and organized working environment

As checkout team leader at Tesco, Epping, my role was to ensure the smooth operation of the checkout area. I made sure customers were served quickly and efficiently. I had to provide support to checkout operators and resolve any problems that may arise, approve holiday and sickness and prepare rotas on a week by week basis. During my role as team leader I achieved the highest till checks in the region to mitigate staff errors & internal theft

As a checkout operator at Tesco, I was responsible for scanning and bagging customer purchases at the checkouts. I provided excellent customer service and ensured that customers were satisfied with their experience.

As a healthcare assistant I worked under the supervision of a pharmacist. I was responsible for dispensing medication, providing customer service by offering advice and explanations on how to take their medications properly and managing inventory on site.
