Oversee day to day operations to successfully meet the organization’s goals. Lead operations by directing and coordinating day-to-day activities consistent with established direction, goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Ensure the operational mission of the organization is achieved ethically, usefully, on time and within budget. Represent client satisfaction and outcomes, quality, safety, staff engagement, and organizational impact.
