Director of Product, 84.51°/Kroger AdTech PlatformLed Prism, the AdTech platform of 84.51° / Kroger supporting Kroger Precision Marketing (Retail Media) and Best Customer Communications (Loyalty Marketing). Orchestrated the Prism platform from its creation initially supporting the creation and launch of Kroger Precision Marketing. Partnered closely with commercial, operational, and technical partners to define commercial strategy, platform vision, and product roadmaps. Led a team of product managers across several products and efforts through dual track discovery and delivery.- Created and led the vision and strategy of the Prism Platform within the AdTech space.- Led the creation of the Prism platform managing a +$30MM budget and +150-person team with a significant positive ROI.- Directed management of a team of 15 product managers.- Led the Prism Platform going from $0 to +$500MM in revenue.- Supported commercial offerings across our Owned and Operated channels, off-site programmatic channels, ATV and Social.- Led platform teams supporting capabilities in audience building / targeting, campaign management, and closed loop measurement.- Successfully launched new commercial offerings including most recently the KPM Private Marketplace.- Helped to implement and transform the 84.51° product discovery / agile delivery process.
