* Perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of Mechanical Systems* Create Certified Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Reports* Troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment and Systems* Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Pipe-fitter and Controls Contractors

• Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices.• Program software and commission controllers and servers.• Interpret blueprint reading and schematic diagrams.• Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments (i.e. volt meters, multi-meters, thermometers, etc.).• Verify the operation and calibrate sensors with test instruments (i.e. thermometers, flow hoods, ultrasonic flow meters, pressure gages, manometers, etc.)• Program BAS controllers using specialized software programming tools. • Perform upgrades, small scale retrofits or replacement of existing control systems.• Complete service calls and preventative maintenance on existing controls systems.• Responds to customer service calls (emergency, on-site, or on-line).• Setup and configure computer networks.• Provide work direction to other employees and subcontractors.• Complete paperwork: time sheets, expense reports, service work orders, and project documentation.• Resolve job site conflicts regarding installation issues, escalates concerns to management as required.

• Support the Lead Pastor in fulfilling the church's forward movement in it's Mission and Vision. • Support the Lead Pastor in the overall vision casting and leadership of the church’s teaching and weekend service planning, design, and execution• Support the implementation of plans to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved in a timely fashion.• Ensure that the preaching and teaching is faithful to the churches understanding of scriptures as set out and it's doctrinal statements.• Support the Lead Pastor in bringing out spiritual formation and growth within individuals lives, encouraging the church in personal and corporate Bible study, worship, prayer, discipleship, and service.• Provide (in partnership with other support ministries) pastoral care to the church membership.• In partnership with pastoral staff, author and implement teacher training materials. • Function as second/back up speaker to the Lead Pastor with an “emergency sermon” always at the ready• Assist in the creation of videos and/or other creative elements for Sunday morning production (original video ideas, movie and television clips, drama possibilities, testimonials, bumper content, etc.).• Serve as the primary go-to person on stage for welcome, offering, communication, and closing comments on Sunday mornings.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs as required throughout property.• Ensure community property is in compliance with all appropriate regulations including local, state, and federal laws.• Responsible for developing and maintaining facility programs.• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff to meet regulations and established departmental standards.• Responsible for developing and maintaining external vendor relationships for all maintenance, custodial, grounds, and housekeeping and for monitoring all non-medical contractors hired to perform services on the premises.• Responsible for coordinating and training all employees in building safety procedures, including in-service training.• Manage inventory control for all supplies used with department and order supplies as appropriate.• Prepare annual budget for Maintenance and Housekeeping departments.

• Grow sales by delivering top-quality products, service and surroundings, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales goals.• Control operating expenses such as supplies and services, while ensuring proper upkeep of store and equipment.• Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling policies, proper training of team members, and complying with all accounting requirements.• Recruit, hire and train Team Members and Shift Supervisors to always offer excellent service.• Lead by example, dividing time equally among Team Members and guests.• Provides on-going development for team members, shift supervisors and assistant store managers, providing encouraging feedback and guidance.• Monitors the performance of each team members and holds them accountable for standards and expectations.• Become involved in the community and be a positive influence.• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
