To provide Meta Engineering and JLL International Program Team an overview how newly formed the International Engineering Program (IEP) will communicate, plan priorities, and scale best in class engineering practices from regionally managed operations to an international systematic program.The IEP is an agile group of SMEs that will scale, create, manage, and govern operating standards and procedures for regional IFM and Engineering Operational Teams to execute by influencing and connecting regions together sharing best practices and learned opportunities to streamline operations and solution bottlenecks.IEP is committed to delivering a safe and high-quality customer experience to customers that use Meta facilities. Improving safety standards while extending the life cycles of engineering mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) assets through technology and sustainable practices.

• Overseeing enterprise-wide Asset Management (AM) operating plan that governs business segment and joint venture project execution encompassing the delivery of single, complex mixed-use developments, joint ventures and other types of development partnerships.• Providing leadership that drives Global operations leaders to deliver business results and achieve stated business objectives against four strategic pillars: financial, customer, process, and associate across processes within JLL (including Marketing & Sales (M&S), Inventory & Revenue Management (IRM), Architecture & Construction (A&C), Information Technology (IT) and the enabling functions) and with external parties including Joint Venture (JV) partners, lenders, landlords, and tenants (as applicable).• Developing short-term and long-term goals for own department(s) in alignment with broader business objectives.
