Lead the project management office at Link Logistics.

Manages projects in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department at JLL. Has led the efforts in multiple, global wide IAM initiatives for 60,000 employees. Responsibilities include ideation, planning, executing and deploying projects and programs that enable modern authentication and access patterns across the organization. Plays a critical role in the instrumentation of client inbound federations, providing seamless access to various JLL IT and business products. Acts as a conduit between the business client teams and technical engineering teams to deliver complex single sign-on projects on time and with high quality. Manages primarily infrastructure based projects using the SDLC process, from project ideation through deployment. Leads infrastructure portfolio project prioritization process. Plays a key role in the formation of detailed project plans, leading project teams through design and construction tasks and coordinating complex deployment activities, while delivering stated benefits to my IT and business constituents.
