Negotiated and drafted various legal instruments including employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, purchase order terms and conditions and various commercial real estate agreements.

Represented corporations of all sizes in both bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters ranging from landlord-tenant matters to complex contractual disputes. Responsible for day to day file management and strategy development. Advised clients in the automotive industry as to operations and employment. Negotiated and drafted various legal instruments including franchise agreements, commercial real estate agreements and non-compete agreements.

David has represented a variety of clients ranging from some of the world's largest publicly traded companies, product manufacturers, financial institutions and franchisors to private individuals seeking to right a wrong.

Second-chair for two jury trials that both resulted in favorable verdicts. Managed files in civil litigation matters. Conducted discovery and trial depositions, argued discovery and dispositive motions, and communicated with clients on a regular basis.
