Managing Tactical Infrastructure projects for the US Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol through an US Army Corps of Engineers contract.

Cimarron Engineering Consultants, LLC is a consulting engineering firm that provides general civil engineering and specialized hydrolgic/hydraulic analysis services. Specific services include drainage planning, hydrologic modeling, hydraulic analysis, floodplain management, sediment and erosion analysis, geomorphic analysis, 401 and 404 permit services, project management, construction observation, and drainage study preparation.

Managed civil engineering design team which prepared construction documents for the development of master planned communities throughout Arizona. Projects were typically 600 to 1,200 acres in size and included various sized single-family lots, parks, schools sites and commercial parcels. Was responsible for communicating Client directions to project team, preparation of project scope, budgets, schedules, proposals, budget and schedule tracking, project invoicing, collections, agency coordination, and team performance reviews.

Managed clients and engineering design team for single-family residential development projects. Was responsible for project design, construction document preparation, and management tasks such as preparation of scope of services, budgets, schedules, proposals, budget and schedule tracking, project invoicing, and client coordination.

My employment during this period was divided into two phases: 1) establish and develop a water resources group and 2) development of an engineering design team. My employment began with the development of the water resources group which was responsible for the preparation of all hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and drainage studies originating from the Phoenix office. This included studies for development projects, preparation of FEMA CLOMR/LOMR applications, and public works studies for Maricopa and Yavapai County Flood Control Districts. My engineering design team prepared construction documents for land development and public works projects and included grading and drainage plan, paving plan, stormwater facility improvements, domestic water plans, sanitary sewer plans, and SWPPP exhibits.

Was responsible for the preparation of construction plans, and written specifications for utility and roadway improvement projects, improvement district projects, and institutional site development projects. Also prepared hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for public projects in the Arizona cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tolleson, Litchfiels Park, Chandler, and Kearny. Also assisted Willdan's Clark County Nevada office with the review of drainage studies and graging plans.
