Leads Tetra Tech’s Operating unit that provides architecture and engineering services to U.S. federal agencies, foreign governments, and commercial clients worldwide. Leads delivery of architect-engineering services for international infrastructure projects in support of the US government’s military, diplomatic, humanitarian, and international development objectives around the world. On behalf of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), US Air Force (USAF), and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), he has directed projects in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, Liberia, Malawi, Mongolia, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Ukraine, Vietnam and Zambia. Oversees a 200+-person team that assists international development and military clients with planning and designing new and rehabilitated buildings and infrastructure essential to achieving development goals, promoting global security, and supporting post-conflict and post-disaster reconstruction.

Project portfolio includes schools, health clinics, courthouses, government buildings, military housing, consulates, command and control facilities, radar stations, airfields, power generation and transmission facilities, water and sanitation systems, and highways and bridges. Through a combination of in-country and reach-back engineering, the team delivers reliable architecture and engineering solutions to meet the challenges of providing sustainable facilities and infrastructure at remote, austere, and hostile locations worldwide.

Vice President in the Global Services group working on Federally funded Facility and infrastructure projects with various government agencies on project locations around the world. Projects involve master planning, design of new buildings, airfields, infrastructure and supporting utilities. Senior Leadership team member responsible for program management, business development, financial performance, business growth strategy and operations as well as mentoring Sr Project Managers.

Managed development offices in Massachusetts, Chicago, Atlanta and Florida. Part of the Senior leadership team responsible for client satisfaction, team building, growth strategy and project delivery utilizing a fully integrated in house design team.

Managed a team of Civil engineers, entitlements specialists, environmental scientists and development managers working on National contracts for Big Box Retail, Petroleum and Restaurants. Part of the WD senior leadership team responsible for client management and growth strategy.

Managed projects for municipal clients working on large utility infrastructure and stormwater projects. Managed the design for the Perini Tetra Tech design build Afghan National Army base projects. Visited the bases in Afghanistan in 2003 during construction and 2004 for master planning and a design charrette with USACE in Kabul.
