With over 10 years of experience in social business and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about creating positive change in the world through innovation and collaboration. As the Director of Development at One Young World, I lead the fundraising and partnership strategy for the global forum that connects and empowers young leaders to address the most pressing challenges of our time. I leverage my skills in environmental, social, and governance (ESG), new business development, and analytical skills to identify and engage with potential donors, sponsors, and partners, and to design and implement impactful projects and initiatives that align with our mission and vision. Previously, I co-founded ID SOCIAL, a social enterprise that develops and implements solutions for social and environmental problems in Colombia and Latin America. I am also an ambassador for One Young World, and have participated and contributed to several international events and programs, such as the Nobel Peace Summit, the Leading by Example Program, and the Youth Declaration. I hold an Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and have received multiple honors and awards for my social responsibility and leadership.
