Dubai, U.A.E. Responsible for the planning, delivery, and operation of IT infrastructure for KBR's projects in the Middle East region. The team of ten colleagues managed server, network, messaging and access control administration for 120 sites in nine countries, most of which had austere environmental conditions and limited connectivity.

Dubai, U.A.E. Team lead position in KBR's first IT service delivery center in the Middle East. The five person team was responsible for managing: security requests, AD account life cycle, server access and capacity management, MS Exchange services, AD services, and second line support for incidents related to supported services.
