CurrentHead of Finance and member of the executive leadership team for the International Business Unit, consisting of 30+ countries across 6 regions, driving revenue from ~$362M [2017] to ~$825M [2023] with expanding margins thru double digit organic growth as well as the largest enterprise acquisition [as of 2018] in the United Kingdom.- Finance lead for the successful $1.3B Callcredit acquisition, the second largest credit bureau in the UK, including all aspects of financial modeling, due diligence, closing activities, post close accounting integration, and divestiture of 5 non-core businesses.- Transform business decision making, investing, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to focus on key metrics highlighting overall business health and future growth opportunities.- Continuous talent/capabilities upgrade to create a best in class international finance team of ~265 associates across 6 regions and a corporate support function.- Collaborating with / Director on TransUnion Boards in 14 countries, including Audit Committees in the UK and India.- Improving effectiveness of cash utilization based on accurate cash flows forecasting, collection efforts, and dividends.
