As the Director of Operations Willow Glen Care Centers I work with an amazing group of leaders and administrators to ensure that all of our residents are receiving the highest quality of care and that our fantastic team members are engaged and excited about coming to work. In addition to my "day job", I'm an adjunct faculty member at Sacramento City College and Yuba Community College, where I teach philosophy, ethics, and critical reasoning. I also sit on the board of directors for iCMS (a small non-profit organization).I'm also very proud to be the co-founder and managing partner of Express Training Solutions, LLC. At ETS we provide educational services, training, and support ARF/RCFE administrators and their staff. I earned my BA from UC Berkeley, my MA from UC Davis, and my MBA from Sacramento State.Expertise: Residential Care Licensing Regulations (Title 22), Mental Health Placement and Programming, Therapeutic Activity Development, Risk-Management, Human Resources, Project Management, and Staff Training/Development.
