I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. I am a former international athlete and competed on a number of occasions for Scotland in athletics.

I have aways been passionate about health and fitness and have been lucky to develope this into a career.

Currently I am the Course Director for Safeaid Training who are a FAIB Approved First Aid Training Company. Our training venue is in Glasgow but provide training throughout Scotland.

I also work in the New Balance Clinic in Greaves Sports. It is one of Glasgow's top sports injury clinics and I work as a Sports & Remedial therapist. I deal with injuries of all natures and work with the athletes to enhance their posture and performance.

My main background is in Physical Education and through this roIe have been working with Focus Training who is one of the UK's leading fitness training providers. I am involved in the delivery of the Gym Instructor courses as well as some of the modules for the Personal Trainer Award.
