Program Manager for the Deactivation, Demolition, Decommissioning and Final Site Closure of the Pacific Gas & Electric Humboldt Bay Unit 3 Power Plant located in Northern California.

Lead Project Manager at Humboldt Bay Power Plant for the final restoration work to fulfill the requirements of various permits and to obtain release of the NRC Part 50 license. This work includes completion of all remaining demolition, grading, drainage, ground cover and vegetation installation and construction of new infrastructure components (roads, parking, erosion control features, topsoil placement, final surfacing, lighting, fencing and gates) so the site is in appropriate condition for future industrial use.
