Dave held positions as a Director of Business Transformation – Northeast Region for Pitney Bowes Management Services, Managing Director of Lean/Six Sigma Services at IBM Business Co, Associate Partner of Strategy and Change (including Strategic Lean Six Sigma) Consulting Services at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Executive Vice President of the I-Tech Group, Ltd., and international strategic and process improvement consulting group with offices in the USA and France, and General Manager of Risk Management Services of the Chubb & Sons Insurance Group. He has over 40 years of international industrial experience in the fields of Design, Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Risk, Business, and Project Management. He is a past chairman of the Continuous Quality Improvement Project Team at Automotive Industry Action Group, and has lectured at North Carolina State University, Oklahoma State University, Harvard University, Mass. Institute of Technology, New Jersey Institute of Technology, , Carnegie Mellon University, the University (Technical) of Compiegne (France), and the University of Paris-Sorbonne. Dave is a Professor of Quality Sciences – Emeritus, University of Paris–Sorbonne, an Industrial Research Advisor at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee’s Center for Quality, Productivity, and Economic Development, a Lean Sensei and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Trainer certified by Motorola University, American Supplier Institute, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and IBM. He is past President of the Rotary Club of Ripon Wisconsin, for 2009-10, a Paul Harris Fellow, and a past President of the Board of Directors of the Ripon Medical Center Foundation. He has been awarded three Taguchi awards by the American Supplier Institute. He and Dr. Taguchi were honored by Rockwell International in 1995 as “Engineering Innovators of the Year”, receiving the Apollo 11 Award. Dave is a US Army combat veteran serving in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand.
