Worked for RLE International as their Business Manager, project managing and developing the RLE JLR account, across various and comprehensive product development activities and disciplines within body engineering and the supply base. Was based at both the RLE Essex HQ and Midlands Gaydon office and on-site at JLR' s Gaydon Technical Centre, JLR' Whitley and production and supply base across the UK and Europe, when and where appropriate.

Led the Ford Special Vehicle development of the 2010 refresh Ford Transit Custom Camper Van (Nugget) and Executive Van (Euroline) helping reduce costs of reworks, improved quality and ultimately increased sales. Worked closely with suppliers, donor plant at afire Southampton and Westfalia Germany. Also led the SVE PD development team to bookshelf a full power side load door to working prototype for both Custom and Commercial Transit, gaining s successful patent. Also gained my IMecheE Chartered Engineer status at this time.

Lead closures engineer on Ford Transit Commercial front doors, including working with design, suppliers and plant engineering in Ford Kocaeli, Turkey.
