My strengths lie in my ability to help a business develop through creating and analyzing processes and strategy, financial reports, and sales trends while observing a company's functions & position to piece together segments, finding and filling in holes, and act as "the grease" to the cogs of a business machine. I have worked in continuously larger businesses in the food industry, with a consumer and food-service customer base. My responsibilities have been in a variety of capacities, managing projects with goals and objectives spanning all aspects of a company; from accounting, marketing, information technology, manufacturing, and logistics. This experience has given me a broad knowledge of the business process.Many challenges I have faced were ambiguously defined, where I was called to independently analyze the big picture, formulate a strategy with a comprehensive plan, set goals and objectives, and carry the project through to implementation. My passions lie in creating, and watching that creation grow. Whether that creation is a new business process or stream of communication, or a more tangible product, division, or regional/national sales target, I thrive on realizing a conceptualized future.
