• Worked internationally covering stories as diverse as the Global War on Terror, the Arab Spring, the Haitian earthquake and its anniversary, Presidential trips to Europe and South America, the return of American.
• Domestic projects include The Final Shuttle Flight, multiple Super Bowls and Presidential campaigns, the Gulf Oil Spill, mass shootings in Aurora, Newtown, and Orlando, and the Boston Marathon Bombing.
• Responsible for lighting anchor sets for the 2008 RNC, 2012 DNC, 2009 Presidential Inaugural, and the 50th Anniversaries of the Selma March, the Kennedy Assassination, and the MLK Assassination.
• Produced and photographed multiple stories and series (see below)
• Selected in 2009 to train and mentor more than 60 of the network’s Digital Journalists and producers. Recently lectured at CBS affiliate WBNS (Columbus, OH) on the collaboration between photographers and reporters.
• Led the network transition to HD and later to 4K digital cinema.

Greater Philadelphia Area

• Independent Director of Photography with a client list that included HBO, PBS Frontline, CBS News 60 Minutes, ABC News Nightline and many others.
• Between 2001-2005, spent a combined total of 18 months with the US Military in Iraq and Afghanistan, including embedded assignments with Special Operations units.
• Director of Photography for HBO’s ‘Montana Meth,’ which documented the tragedy of methamphetamine addiction across all aspects of life in.
• Director of Photography on five hour-long films for Frontline on subjects ranging from the financial collapse (‘Dot Con’), to abortion (‘The Last Abortion Clinic’) to PTSD (‘Soldiers’ Heart’).
• Produced a short film in 2008 for Planned Parenthood that changed the course of a political referendum and maintained choice in South Dakota.
