Our organization has Master Franchise contracts for several restaurants in South Florida and Latin America.• Analyze operations of fast food franchise company to evaluate performance in meeting objectives and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, improvements and/or policy changes. • Direct plan and implement franchise policies, objectives and activities to ensure continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity. • Coordinate procurement and logistics. • Negotiate agreements with franchisees, vendors and suppliers.• Confer with board members to discuss issues, coordinate activities and resolve problems. • Review reports from subordinate staff to recommend approval or suggest changes. • Develop, direct and supervise relationships with franchisees in Latin America in order establish and expand franchise territories to new countries in the region.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Responsible for all daily bookkeeping activities: banking, payments, expenses, payroll, taxes and end of the month financials for review by the owners• Oversaw and reduced payroll and food cost by over 15%, by working closely with FOB manager and chef• Implemented changes on the menu after analyzing menu mix and food costs• Worked with public relations company in order to adapt the restaurant to customer demands and increment sales• Supervised all the purchasing, inventory, recipe costing and pricing for the restaurant

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Responsible for managing credit on over 250 local and international costumers • Managed yearly cash flow of over $6 MM in accounts receivable, payable, and deposits• Oversaw and reduced operating expenses by 10% year to year on merchant accounts, insurance, telecommunications, auto expenses and utilities • Managed and renewed credit lines in the amount of $1.25MM • Prepared yearend financial statements for review by company president and outside auditors• Prepared and filed all State and Federal taxes for HG and all sister companies • In charge of inventory cost control to monitor gross margin on sales • Managed a sales team of three people, increased local sales by more than 20% and margin by 10%
