Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Our organization has Master Franchise contracts for several restaurants in South Florida and Latin America.
• Analyze operations of fast food franchise company to evaluate performance in meeting objectives and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, improvements and/or policy changes.
