Under direction of the Power Solutions’ Global Program Management Office, served as a strategic partner in the pursuit of developing and maintaining a "World Class" program management organization. Duties included management of assigned OE programs, consultation, management of resources, competency modeling, performance measurement, and design and deployment of stand up and electronic, on-demand training, and design of tool sets.• Trained 1000 global employees on a Production Launch System (1PLUS), a new product development model from 2014 to 2017.• Reduced project execution lead time from 24 to 22 months through a knowledge management online tool.• Raised program launch metric scores 20%, promoted in the new, Program Management Academy.• Launched 2017 Subaru Impreza battery with 0 defects, 0 safety issues, 100% on time and 100% within budget.

Supervised a global team to create lifecycle programs incorporating talent acquisition, people development, and talent management for the commercial market, technical, and operational market.
