Developed more effective financial management of retail impairment charge (annual £1.2bn) for Lloyds and HBOS unsecured products (Overdrafts, Personal Loans and Credit Cards). Head of the finance team supporting Credit Risk function and turnaround projects for IAS39, Basel and SOX implementation. My last position was as Head of Credit Risk Finance responsible for provisioning on all Lloyds and HBOS unsecured portfolios. More recently I was involved in the project development for IFRS9 having previously centralised provisioning out of the branch network. . Having worked for Lloyds for nearly 30 years I took voluntary redundancy at the end of November 2013 due to office relocationI shall be looking for a new role in the near future after a couple of months break either permanent or consultancy.
