The Company has overseen more than 5,000 adaptations projects since establishment in 2004.My job role includes providing accommodation expert and feasibility reports, property finding services, cost projections for adaptations works, producing AutoCAD scheme design drawings and specifications of work, obtaining planning permission and building control consent, overseeing tender processes and contract administrating building projects.
