Provided assurance and support for the following:• Configuration Management Tool - Unified (CMT-U)• Asset Management Planning System (AMPS 7),• Common Load Tool (Colt), including managing material data exchange specification (MDES) and associated loads• Reporting Applications and processes, Maritime Adance Data Analysis (MADA), Networked Maitneancne Activity Analysis and reportingsystem (NetMAARS)• Support of on-boarding SPOs into the NLIS.

Responsibilities:• Ensuring the Asset Management System established by the Fleet Marine Service Contract (FMSC) delivers the outcomes aligned to the contract and plans as well as ISO55001 and Authorised Material Seaworthiness Delivery Organisation (AMSDO) requirements• Ensuring alignment with the Serco Defence Strategic Asset Management Plan.• Ensure all assets with FMSC meet the availability, cost of ownership, efficient seaworthiness and safe operation expectations.• Supports new acquisition requirements aligned to the new vessel proposal.• Oversees the effective use of all information management used to support the assets, including the:o Computerised Maintenance Management System -AMOS,o Configuration Management System,o Collaboration Environments (e.g. SharePoint, Teams),o Mobile data applications (Power Apps, iAuditor) ando Data Visualisation tools to improve communications with Stakeholders.

Responsibilities: • Project managed the inspection and certification of critical flexible hoses across a fleet of vessels, including coordinating with subcontractors.• Created and managed a range of document data control procedures, including the creation of several safety critical registers and document version control systems. • Assisted in implementing management systems, such as the 5S system to an office and workshop environment. • Assisted in coordinating maintenance for a fleet of 55 zodiac RHIBs, gathering OQE and establishing procedures for increased efficiency. • Wrote several procedural documents, including standard operating procedures for docking processes and the recording of OQE on class vessels. • Prepared and managed HSE documentation, including Take 5s, JSEAs, Hot Work permits, and Lifting plans.• Led preparations for ISO 9001 audit and produced evidence for the Lloyds auditor.
