- Primary data analyst for the Pan-Canadian Indicators on Student Financial Assistance (PCISFA) project, working closely with provincial and territorial partners to collect and analyze large-scale data on student financial aid programs- Designing and maintaining a comprehensive database with over 100 indicators, automating data collection and analysis using Excel and PivotTables- Producing annual reports with detailed data visualizations, statistical tables, and key trends in student financial assistance to inform evidence-based policy decisions for policymakers and government officials- Conducting annual methodological reviews of indicators and data points, ensuring accuracy and alignment with provincial, territorial, and federal frameworks

- Planned and developed a statistics-themed virtual escape room for UofT’s Department of Statistical Sciences (DoSS) to promote statistics education by using R, Zoom, and Gather Town- Created social media content around ethical practice and statistical literacy resulting in over 3500 impressions and 400 combined engagements from UofT's DoSS pages- Coordinated with professors and 29 other research assistants as a team to ensure smooth release of posts and delivery of the escape room

- Led one-on-one meetings with up to 60 mentees to talk about navigating life in university, as well as discussing their academic goals and objectives- Established positive and professional mentoring relationships with students, and maintained a 100% satisfaction rate- Collaborated with other mentors to help plan and facilitate social events to encourage community building and offer academic/career-oriented advice

- Assisted a sociology professor in his research regarding work, stress, and health among Canadians, with special attention to the effects of the pandemic- Used Python libraries such as NumPy and pandas, as well as Excel and R to analyze and categorize open-ended survey data with over 3000 entries about Canadians working from home during COVID-19.- Visualized findings with statistical tables using Excel and R, and presented summaries in a concise manner

- Planned and organized 1-1 tutoring sessions for high school students and people all over the world- Composed and produced classroom material, lesson plans, and mock homework/exams for topics such as intro to programming, discrete mathematics, and algebra- Used a variety of teaching methods depending on individual student learning style, including online video calls, in-person lessons, and YouTube videos with over 10,000 impressions and 800 cumulative views
