Main Duties & Responsibilities:1st and 2nd Phone support and email response for technical troubleshooting as well as walk-ups.Remote Assist for desktop issues both office and home.Support Ticket triage and management.Adhering to documentation procedures of all changes made within regulated environment.NPI Monitoring (Network ports, traffic, Hosts status etc)Weekly Stock Management (all required hardware monitor, desktops, peripherals, components etc)Active directory management, group and user creation/modification.Folder/File sharing configuration.Physical desk setup for users/Traders (multi monitor, port config, VLan setup, standing desk)Assembly, hardware and software configuration of PCs for end users in office and home.Configuration, testing and scheduling delivery of WFH setups for remote users.Large scale scheduled software deployments.Configuration and installation of 3rd Party Software, including liaising with 3rd party providers for software support. Project management (Decommission and upgrade of legacy hardware setups)Liaising with support teams and departments.Technologies: Active Directory, Powershell, Jira, Confluence, Citrix, SCCM, Check_MK, Splunk, Office 365

• Answering phones and escalating calls to necessary departments• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satifaction• Logging and updating support tickets in WHMCS ticketing system• Realtime troubleshooting and monitoring of network issues• Provisioning IP addresses for new customers• Building and Configuring of point to point and point to multi point RF radio equipmentTechnologies: Aircontrol, Tera Term, 3CX, PRTG, VworkApp, WHMCS
