CurrentResponsible for recruiting, staffing, development, and performance of Product Development Team.Manages plans and processes to conform to departmental best practices, identify areas for improvement.Monitors all rating service organizations (ISO, NCCI, NCRB) and recommend changes to Company products.Work closely with industry trade groups (APCIA & NAMIC) as well as Actuarial Department.- Leads staff to: prepare and monitor through approval all interactions with regard to insurance regulators relating to rate, rule and form filings. Assist in preparation of system change requests to implement rate, rule and forms changes into company processing system. Coordinate implementation in conjunction with IT Department. Assist in drafting product information for Agency Relations. Establish and maintain company manuals, including company exceptions to rating service organizations, online manual library of all company rates, rules and forms.- Act as central point of contact for Marketing and Underwriting on all product matters.- Participates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on company-wide projects.- Partners with other departments on projects and cross functional planning
