David is an environmental management consultant specialising in water and waste management. He has more than 30 years of experience including more than 20 years as a director leading technical consultancy and waste management companies. He has developed an in-depth working knowledge of water and waste management methods, legislation and guidance, including as the technically competent manager of hazardous waste treatment sites. David has led award winning water and waste management improvement programmes in a wide range of industries including environmental leadership of nationally significant infrastructure projects. His experience includes standard setting and policy roles in the aviation sector and advisory roles with OFGEM and DCLGHe is a Chartered Environmental Engineer, Chartered Waste Manager, Chartered Water and Environmental Manager, Chartered Environmentalist and Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. He has acted as an expert witness on matters involving waste management and water pollution control. He is a practising member of the Academy of Experts with Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificates in both civil and criminal law.
