David Graves – Managing DirectorI am the managing director of Newform Construction Ltd, having started the company from the ground up. I have a keen eye for keeping up with the modern technology that is available within the groundwork and formwork industry, which enables Newform Construction to offer competitive rates and efficiency with maximum ecological benefits. The construction industry generates almost 20% of the world's total waste. As a company, we recognise that this is not sustainable and therefore embrace a philosophy that moving with technology is important to minimise the impact of our industry.On leaving school I first trained as a carpenter, working in production and product design for four years, before moving on to organising and managing groundworks teams across the UK for a modular building company for over eight years.Founded in 2016 the company has grown substantially, and we are now pushing forwards in the strongest position we have established to date.Currently, my role provides leadership and management skills to ensure the success of the business. I oversees Newform employees’ work and business operations to grow the organisation while developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies. Other duties include working with stakeholders and helping to advance the company’s interests with external parties.
