Employed by major services organisation which operates throughout the UK and USA, specialising in large scale maintenance work, small to medium sized civil works and environmental upgrade projects.Reporting to Director level, primarily responsible for the pricing, budgeting and delivery of services to meet contracted service agreements throughout Scotland. Provided assistance during operational start-up process and established operational process and procedures during operational infancy, to ensure operational targets and customer expectations were met and exceeded.

Employed by a leading provider of airport services including customer service, cargo handling, customs clearance, security screening; baggage handling; information desks, ticket services and aircraft co-ordination, serving 17 airports across the UK and Eire.I joined aviance (then Midland Airport Services) in 1995 in a hands-on baggage handling role. I subsequently enjoyed increasingly more diverse, challenging work, responsibility and progression through various managerial roles.
