Originally my focus in the construction industry was Architecture. I was employed as a professional Draftsman for Flad & Associates located in Gainesville, Florida. My construction background is varied from residential framing and remodeling, field engineer and Field Superintendent for large commercial General Contractors building high rise condominiums in the Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater areas. My varied background allows me to interface with various aspects of the construction industry from plan development through construction. I am familiar with problems encountered during the construction process, as well as the difficulties in the coordination of construction documents and installation. My experience with both sides of the industry allow me, as a consultant, to assist a construction team in the successful completion of a watertight facility. At this time, my goals are to develop my skills as a consultant to obtain a higher level of understanding of the construction process and the related principals in which our industry are founded upon. As a consultant, it is my goal to provide services and recommendations that can be implemented while being conscience of the established budget and using materials that will provide warrantable, long term watertight performance.
