As a Chartered Accountant - I assist our clients with their accounting and taxation needs. We do everything from personal taxes to complex corporate reorganizations and dispute resolutions with the Tax Department. As an Entrepreneur - I assist our clients by sharing the knowledge I obtained while working for years with an award winning entrepreneur building his business from a local operation to a multi-national corporation listed on the Toronto and NASDAQ stock exchanges. Business negotiations, acquisitions, sales, people management, financing, surviving when things get tough, and most importantly how to think like an entrepreneur are all skills I learned during that time and continued to develop working with entrepreneurs and owner managers since that time.As a Volunteer - I think it is important to give back to the community which I have done in the past through various Board of Director roles and as a Volunteer Fire Fighter.Specialties: Tax planning, business sales and acquisitions, auditing, financing, business action plans.
