I have been a main designer involved in two mass production products for the Consumer market (Home Appliances) and have worked on multiple technology development and verification projects for OEMS and Tier 1s in the Automotive industry. I have modeled and produced 3D printed prototype parts, plastic 3D products, and even some tool design for thermoforming, cutting tools, and production fixing and measurement jigs. I have also worked in close cooperation with tool manufacturers on concepting injection molding tools (single-shot and multi-shot) to modify their designs to meet our new technology's needs.As a mechanical engineer, I have grown my experience with the production tolerance chain and SixSigma process using Minitab and statistics analyses. I am familiar with standard engineering practises such as DFMEAs, PFMEAs, PPAP, and product testing for root cause analyses. I create 2D Mechanical drawings and specifications for production using GD&T (ISO) standards. I currently seek to grow my career by one day becoming a technical lead in engineering projects!
