Working as a Draughtsman for the past 4 years, my main responsibilities have includedcommunicating with customers with regards to their needs and generate technicaldrawings to produce the products needed and for the customer to sign off on thedesign. I am able to generate flat patterns of parts for nest production. I am proficient inMetalx and NCCAD, programming of a Trumph machine and producing codingfor a plasma-cutting machine. I have taken on theproduction of pipe fittings and designs to produce technical drawings for customers. Ihave been responsible for sections of the factory floor and manage staff toensure the products are produced correctly and efficiently.I have had training and am able to set a bending machine. I am involved in every step ofproduction from design until it is delivered or received by the customer. I am anexcellent communicator and work well in a team and as a leader in a factory setting. Iwork well under pressure and am always trying to better my self to ensure the products Iproduce are of the highest standard, I am able to manage more than one project at anygiven time. I have been involved in numerous general engineering design andproduction along with agricultural metal products. I currently work on Solid Edge DesignSoftware to produce technical and 3Ddrawings however I am able to work on Inventorand CAD programs as well. I am also able to create Excel spreadsheets for materialsneeded and used for each project.I can create full assembly models with multiple parts and create explosions and assemblies with moving parts to generate videos. I am an extremelyhardworking individual and take pride in everything I produce. I am always open tolearning new techniques and can adapt easily. I obtained a number of certificates in amulti disciplinary draughting course at CAD Corporation (The Draughting Academy)how ever I refined my metal engineering skills working for the past 4 years and feel veryconfident in the field.
