My Mission Statement:I promise to give 100% committment to any undertaking and will do my best to make my clients feel cared for and happy. If there is a problem or something I cannot do, I will notify my client immediately and assit to find another person to complete the job if I cannot. The person who I would pick would not be someone who would do a worse job but rather someone I would be proud to say I recommended. If that is not possible I will reccomend sites on the Internet where competant professionals can be found.Being in Linkedin these past years, I have not done an update and feel that since the problems we have had with Real Estate here in the USA that I have known of since sometime in 2007, I have concerns about the future of this Industry. Not just for me, but also for my children and the children of this Country who have never experienced the surge in prices going upward like us older folks have. My hope for the Children of the USA that know all about computers, but not much about having Real Estate as an Investment, that they can see it grow in the future and that Lending moves more toward the "Middle" rather than the way it has been. Just 1 man's opinion.
