After increasing performance within first 3 months and consistantly exceeding manufacturing targets my first year performance resulted in achieveing 109.2% in sales vs objective. With this achievement and ability to perform the Used Car Managment job with ease I was tasked with the General Sales Manager positionWhilst tasked with the GSM role i was still solely responsible for Used Cars.
