The Global Talent program delivered by AIESEC offers a consultative approach to devising innovative solutions and tackle contemporaneous issues that businesses face within an ever-demanding climate.In my primary role as business development manager, my responsibilities include:• Doing market research and segmentation• Meeting with businesses and anticipating their needs• Evolving and delivering solutions• Short-listing and recruitment• Dealing with legal issues and paperwork involved• Working with a team of business development officers to bridge the gap between Australian businesses and the international marketplace through incoming placement programs. • Provide global talent solutions for companies seeking expertise in IT, Online retail, Marketing and Business management

• Facilitating and developing grassroots projects such as Culinary Tales, Feed Me Food Tours, The Sight Project and The Pop-up Project• Summer Internship (January 2014- March 2014): Designed and ran maintenance for the Feed Me Food Tours and Sight Projects websites• Winner of Enactus Australia National Championships 2014 and top 8 finish in Enactus World Cup• Client relationships: Identified areas of projects requiring development and planned meetings with organisations for potential partnerships. This included calling regional and local newspapers such as Sydney Morning Herald and Mosman Times, as well as meeting with youth centres such as Oasis.

• Generating revenue for the University of Sydney by conducting external marketing towards alumni• Conducting goal oriented fundraising directed at USYD alumni to meet monthly quotas
