Head Esports Coach
CurrentAs the head esports coach, I lead and develop our high school’s competitive gaming teams. My role involves creating strategies for gameplay, analyzing opponents, and training students to improve their skills in various video games. I also focus on building teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship within the team. Additionally, I organize and manage practice sessions, coordinate participation in tournaments, and ensure that our players balance their academic responsibilities with their passion for gaming. My goal is to help students excel not only in esports but also in developing valuable life skills.
