After being in Law Enforcement for 15 years, I stepped into the role of Software. I am a hard worker and jump in with both feet. I love people, technology, the outdoors and how they all compliment each other.

I started with the Colorado State Patrol in 2007. I attended a six month para-militaristic live-in academy, where I obtained approximately 900 hours of training. I graduated top academics and scored one of the highest scores on the Colorado Post Exam.I was a Trooper in both Rural and Metro areas before I was promoted to the role of Recruiter for northern Colorado. While serving as a Recruiter, I was asked to contribute to a team for CSP's CALEA Accreditation and later built a section (Registrar-CE) in that role. I served as CSP's Registrar, before being promoted to a Sergeant in the Colorado Springs area. I have training in National Incident Management System, Traffic Incident Management System, and real life experience using these systems. I have actively been involved as a first responder and as a first line supervisor in several high profile incidents to include, but not limited to: wild fire response, multi-vehicle pile-ups, fatal response, state-wide emergency disaster response, two school shootings, officer involved shootings, and domestic incidents.
